outreach

Tiffany joined the team at La Pine Community Health Center in March 2020. Her passion for helping the community she lives in makes working in the Outreach department is a wonderful fit. Tiffany was promoted to Outreach lead in 2023. When not at work, she enjoys going on adventures with her husband and son.

Susan joined La Pine Community Health Center’s Outreach team in July 2022.  She has spent most of her 30-year outpatient medical career in rural and frontier areas assisting the underserved.  Coming from a family that has a long history of military service, she has a special passion for the Veteran community.  In September 2023, she became the Health Center’s Veteran Outreach Advocate.  She assists all members of the community but specializes in assisting our Veterans with their specific needs.  Her goal is to improve local services for Veterans, by advocating at local and state levels to bring services closer to home, reducing barriers for our rural servicemen and women.  In her spare time, she loves to read, cook, fish, and spend time with her husband and family on their small farm.
