Dave joined the La Pine Community Health Center Board of Directors in November 2012.  Since retiring in 2005, Dave has lived in La Pine and works as a handyman in the Bend-La Pine area on a part-time basis.  He actually retired twice after spending 20 years in the tire business and ten years with a big box store.  He is now a member of the High Lakes Christian Church and he and his wife lead a Life Group in their home.  He is also a member of the local Dutch Oven Group.  During the summer, he and his life like to camp and explore Oregon in their RV, and in the winter they love to snow shoe. With an extra leisure time, Dave plays in his shop making sawdust, works in the yard and makes yard art.
