Amanda Fields, DO

Dr. Fields is an Oregon native and has lived in California, Nevada, Washington and most recently Montana. She completed medical school at Pacific Northwest University in Central Washington and residency at Montana Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Fields is excited to be back home in Oregon and looks forward to helping patients meet their health goals at every stage of life – from birth to aging. She and her husband, along with their six kids, enjoy adventuring, hiking, skiing, reading, homemade eggnog and board games.

At La Pine Community Health Center, Dr. Fields provides primary care to all ages.
